Landscapers:

Complete procurement services – we will source, collate, deliver to site on time the full range of plant requirements from herbaceous through to large trees using our wide network of nurseries both in the UK and Europe.

 

By investing our time, efforts and money in our sourcing, collection and delivery services we offer competitive, quality plants across the spectrum of contractors needs. This ensures we are competitive and take the hassle out of plant buying – allowing the contractor more time to focus on doing the business of planting and landscaping – more time = more money.

 

We also offer design services and advice to aid the contractor when dealing with detailed specifications and delivering the customers design requirements.

 

How we work:

1)       You provide the plant list – we provide a complete, to specification, quotation.

2)       We discuss your requirements for budget, specifications, delivery requirements – complete delivery to site or call offs.

3)       You confirm the order.

4)       We source plants, collate the order at our site, label and quality check.

5)       We agree delivery schedule

6)       We deliver to site on time and to agreement!

 

Its as simple as that – no hassle, competitive quality plant supply.

 

Payment terms: 30 days from delivery.

Garden Centres:

As the sole distributors in the UK of Vivai Palandri we both stock and supply the full range of top quality specimens and topiary direct from the nursery in Italy.

 

We offer both full loads direct to site at preferential rates, and “bite” size deliveries to suit the centre requirements. This allows the centre to display and sell beautiful plants at all times to make any customers garden a pleasure to behold!

 

With our unique “express selection” offer we save time on ordering, enhance the centres product range, and minimise cash commitment. This system means the centre buys the stock they sell, refreshes the stock monthly and displays the maximum range available to customers.

 

How we work:

1)       We discuss your requirements with you – either full load deliveries or regular bite sized delivery.

 

A: FULL LOAD:

i) We supply complete stock list – with prices

ii) You order from the list

iii) We liase with Palandri and organise supply

iv) We deliver to your site direct – within 3 weeks of order

 

Payment terms – 20% with order, balance 30 days from delivery.

Any rejections must be notified within 24 hours of delivery by fax/e-mail.

Any rejections will be replaced subject to reasonable evidence of plant failure

 

 

B: REGULAR DELIVERY:

i)                     We supply current stock list available from UK.

ii)                    You select requirements

iii)                  We deliver within 4 (maximum) days of order, pot clean, labelled to your specification, direct to centre.

AND / OR

iv)                  We supply current stock list available from Italy.

v)                   You select requirements

vi)        We deliver within (maximum) 3 weeks of order, pot clean, labelled to your specification, direct to your centre

 

Payment terms – 30 days from delivery.

Any rejections will be replaced subject to reasonable evidence of plant failure

Express selection – how this works:

 

1)       We supply a plant selection “looking good” for the season. Maximum value £1000 stock.

2)       You agree the selection. Changes may be made – 25% by plant number, minimum value £650.

3)       We deliver the plants to store within 14 days of agreeing selection.

4)       You sell stock for 1 month (maximum 6 weeks between October – March).

5)       We provide “new” selection – remove unsold/unwanted items, replace with “new” selection.

 

Payment terms: 60 days from delivery, credits issued against original invoice for any returned items within 7 days of return.

 

Private individuals:

Selling the Italian specimens and topiary direct to individuals from the stock held at Eastoft we offer quality plants at affordable prices direct to the individual.

 

With our complete design and procurement service we also offer complete project management and delivery to private individuals to create beautiful gardens to their specifications. With our broad knowledge of the plant availability we ensure that the designs are deliverable, affordable and suit the individuals style and requirements.

With our links to Vivai Palandri we are able to offer a full range of mature shrubs which create the instant garden at realistic prices. Grown in the Pistoia region, famed for its climate and ability to grow mature specimens the plants are both mature and hardy to suit the UK garden.

 

How we work:

 

Plant orders:

1)       You select the plant you require from our current stock list

2)       You place the order on-line using our ordering system

3)       We confirm your order, confirm payment and availability from stock

4)       a: We deliver to your door with 10 working days of order being received

4)       b: You collect direct from site
